- copy and paste- to make writing, correction, editing so much more efficient
- spell check- to have me back when my memory fails me
- copy write free stock images- so we can have a free flow of ideas with pretty images to attach those thoughts to
- bullet points-how they set the tone for more to come and let you leave off actual punctuation
